Initiation of automation system for industrial machine equipment
Under the guidance of Dr. Quan Meng Fan on production processes, our Engineering
Department R&D commissioner cooperated closely with IZUMI Company in hardware
technology, and also due to field experience of our work team for a sustained period of
time, automation system was finally realized.
1998
Full set production equipment was planned and designed by esteemed European brand
APV Company at Zhongli Plant of Fresh Delight Food Company. We contracted all the
plant equipment and piping system installation projects.
2000
Completion of entire system projects for drinks production line at Chungli Plant and
Yuanshan Plant of King Car Company, in cooperation with Japanese IZUMI Food
Machinery Co., Ltd.
2001
Based on drink production flow, we developed a fully automatic electric control system. In
conjunction with Japanese and European system hardware, piping, control instruments,
etc., we completed an integrated system equipment structures; field work and test run
technology were synchronized to gain maturity.
2004
Customized system equipment: from workflow, layout planning ! design ! production
! installation ! test run operation ! professional training ! technical transfer (Turn
Key). We officially organize a robust engineering group to take full charge.
