<1980~1989>

Working hard and learning to grow during the initial stage of establishment. When we started the operation, we experienced the “severance of diplomatic relationships between Taiwan and the United States of America”, the “oil crisis”, a drastic increase in international commodity prices, drastic fluctuations in political and economic development, look-on attitude of industrial investors, and market depression. At that stage, five co-founders founded “Wu Tuo Enterprise Co.” and contributed their efforts to company development. We managed to survive the period of hardship mostly by contracting food products on an OEM basis, production of chemical and industrial containers, and installation projects.

After then, due to the lifting of martial law in this country, this allowed the elderly to return to mainland China to visit their relatives. Increasingly frequent and active traffic across the Taiwan Strait brought increasing demands on food and drink, and manufacturers started to expand their production facilities. Sanitary grade stainless steel containers have diversified functions. To meet rigorous requirements from customers, factories kept learning and improving their production technology. As a result, their high quality products with excellent performance have earned high commendations from all circles.

<1990~1997>

Integration of related businesses and associates to gain competitive edge Production of sanitary grade stainless steel containers continued to be the main force of our productivity. We conducted research and started production of pipe type filters, bag type filters, as well as fructose and dairy products conveying containers in seven specifications, with a conveying capacity from 6 to 30 tons.

1991

Ice-cream machine equipment system project of Taoyuan Plant of Tailong Industrial Company (Poki-Meiji)

1992

Taiwan Branch of Hong Kong’s Alfa Laval Company contracted whole-plant production equipment projects for Kaohsiung Plant (in April) and Douliou Plant (in August) of Wei Chuan Company, wherein we were responsible for the production and installation of all types of stainless steel tanks and containers.

1993

Chungli Plant of King Car Company, oligo production line container equipment, coffee production line container equipment and piping system were completed on schedule.

1994

Blending tank at stock farm of National Chunghsing University; raw milk conveying tank at Taiwan Provincial Jia-Nan Goat Milk Marketing Cooperative

1995

Sterilizing tank at stock farm of National Chung Hsing University, 15KL raw milk conveying tank at Tianzhong Town Farmers’ Association, Changhua County, 20KL raw milk conveying tank at Milk Cow Production Cooperative of Pingdong County

1996

Production of tea drinks was masterminded by Dr. Fan Xiong, an American chief advisor for Ding Yu Food Company of HangZhou, who directly appointed us for the completion of first-stage production system equipment project

1997

In this period, we manufactured part of the production equipment for GMP pharmaceutical companies, such as Dong Fa Pharmaceutical, Ji Sheng Chemical Pharmaceutical, Taiwan Xing Ling Pharmaceutical, etc.

<1998~2004>

Initiation of automation system for industrial machine equipment Under the guidance of Dr. Quan Meng Fan on production processes, our Engineering Department R&D commissioner cooperated closely with IZUMI Company in hardware technology, and also due to field experience of our work team for a sustained period of time, automation system was finally realized.

1998

Full set production equipment was planned and designed by esteemed European brand APV Company at Zhongli Plant of Fresh Delight Food Company. We contracted all the plant equipment and piping system installation projects.

2000

Completion of entire system projects for drinks production line at Chungli Plant and Yuanshan Plant of King Car Company, in cooperation with Japanese IZUMI Food Machinery Co., Ltd.

2001

Based on drink production flow, we developed a fully automatic electric control system. In conjunction with Japanese and European system hardware, piping, control instruments, etc., we completed an integrated system equipment structures; field work and test run technology were synchronized to gain maturity.

2004

Customized system equipment: from workflow, layout planning > design > production > installation > test run operation > professional training > technical transfer (Turn Key). We officially organize a robust engineering group to take full charge.
